Houston is not one landscape market. A medical office building inside the Loop, a distribution center off the Beltway, and a retail strip on the south side each have different problems, different budgets, and different people complaining when the grounds slip.
We work across the south and southwest side of the metro from Pearland, and we’re straight about the geography. A property forty-five minutes past our route doesn’t get good service from us no matter how much we want the account.
What we handle in Houston
Recurring grounds maintenance on contracted schedules. Mowing, beds, fertilization, seasonal color, and cleanups, all on a written scope.
Landscape design and installation, from entry refreshes to full property renovations on landscapes that have aged out.
Commercial tree care. Clearance pruning over drive lanes and parking, removals, and storm preparation before the season rather than during it.
Property types
Office buildings and office parks, retail centers, industrial and flex parks, warehouse and distribution sites, medical office, schools and churches, and HOA common areas.
Commercial and institutional only. We don’t run a residential division, which means no residential route competing for crews during the weeks both would be busy.
What Houston does to a landscape
Heavy gumbo clay across most of the area holds water after a rain and cracks in August. Any bed that sits low stays wet, and a plant list that ignores drainage fails in the same three spots on every property.
Summer runs long here. Turf that looks fine in April is under real stress by late July, and the fertility program either accounts for that or it doesn’t.
Hard freezes arrive rarely and do a lot of damage when they do. February 2021 took out mature plantings across the whole region, including plenty of material that had been in the ground for a decade. We spec with that in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which parts of Houston do you cover? Primarily the south and southwest side, working out from Pearland. Call with an address and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s on our route.
Do you work with property management companies? Yes, including managers running several properties. Scope and pricing stay per property so you can see what each site actually costs.
Can you take over a property that’s fallen behind? Yes. That usually starts with a catch-up visit priced separately, because trying to fix an overgrown property inside a normal rotation just puts the rotation behind.
