Bloomtex Services LLC runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it, what we do with that, and how to reach us about any of it.

What you send us

The contact and proposal forms ask for your name, phone number and email, plus details about the property and what you need. We only get what you type. Nothing on the forms is pulled from another source.

If you call or email instead, we keep whatever you tell us on that call or in that message, for the same reason: so we can quote and service the property.

What the site collects on its own

The site is hosted by Netlify, and like any web host, Netlify's servers log requests. Those logs include an IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the referring page. We use them to keep the site running.

We may add a web analytics tool to see which pages people actually read. If we do, it collects the same broad categories described above and reports them in aggregate. It won't tell us who you are.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to call or email you back, walk your property, put together a scope and price, and service the account if you hire us. We don't sell, rent, or trade any of it. We don't send marketing email to people who filled out the form for a quote.

Who else sees it

Form submissions go to HubSpot, the customer database we use to keep track of inquiries, and we reply from our email, which runs on Google Workspace. Both companies process the data to provide those services and are bound by their own agreements with us. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If we add analytics later, that tool may set one, and this page gets updated to say so. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings either way.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our email and records so we can follow up and so we have a history on properties we've quoted or serviced. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we need to keep it for an active contract or because a law says to.

Children

This is a commercial landscaping site for property managers and boards. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
