These terms cover your use of this website. They're short on purpose.

Your service agreement, not this page

Nothing here is the contract. Scope, schedule, price, payment terms, and everything else about the work live in the written agreement you sign with us before a crew shows up. If this page and your agreement ever disagree, your agreement wins.

That's the whole reason we put scope in writing. A term that only exists on a website, or in someone's memory of a conversation, turns into an argument a year later when the board has new members.

What's on this site

Service descriptions, city pages, and photos are here to show what we do and how we work. They're general information, not a quote and not a promise about your property. Two properties in the same office park can need different programs, which is why we come walk the site before pricing anything.

Photos show work we've done. They aren't a guarantee that your property will look the same, because the starting condition, the plant material, and the budget all differ.

Estimates

A walk and a proposal cost you nothing and don't obligate either of us. Pricing in a proposal reflects what we saw on the property that day. If the scope changes, or if something turns up that wasn't visible on the walk, we quote it and get your approval before doing it.

Accuracy

We keep this site current as best we can. Service areas, service lines, and contact details change, and something here may be out of date at any given moment. Call us to confirm anything you're relying on.

Where we link to another site, we don't control it and aren't responsible for what's on it.

Content

The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Bloomtex Services LLC. Quote us or link to us freely. Republishing pages or using our job photos as your own isn't okay.

Governing law

TX law governs these terms.
